Police always acts at the behest of State Govt. When the dispute is in purview of court, the State Govt built Vidhansabha in Begaum. The State Govt.has no right to moderate the name of city or town as the matter of its merging in Karnataka state is not final. Now, the state Govt. is questioning the right of Supreme Court to deal the case. It indicates denial of Supremacy of Constitution.
