भगतसिंग - २३ मार्च,१९३१ रोजी भगतसिंग (जन्म : सप्टेंबर २७, १९०७ - मृत्यू : मार्च २३, १९३१) लाहोरच्या तुरुंगात हसत हसत फासावर गेले. फाशी जाताना त्यांचे वय अवघे २३ वर्षांचे होते. भारताला स्वातंत्र्य मिळावे म्हणून अनेकांनी हौतात्म्य पत्करले. त्यांच्या स्मरणार्थ २३ मार्च हा दिवस, भारतात शहीद दिन म्हणून पाळला जातो.
